Delivery
As soon as your order is confirmed, the goods are prepared for shipment within the next 72 hours. Your V-LOPLAK kit is delivered directly to your postal address, in your mail box.
France
• "Enveloppe suivie" La Poste 500 gr (1 ou 2 V-loplak) – cost TTC : € 4,50
• "Enveloppe suivie" La Poste 1000 gr (3 V-loplak and more) – cost TTC : € 6,50
Europe
• Delivengo Easy – cost TTC : € 8,90 *
Switzerland & rest of the world
• Delivengo Easy – cost TTC : € 9,80*
*tariffs applicable to goods with a weight up to 250 gr (2 V-LOPLAK sets). Over 250 gr, the tariffs are as follows: 10€ for Europe and 12.50€ for Switzerland and the rest of the world.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The good must be sent in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
